How to Measure

Bust / Chest

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust or chest, keeping it level under your arms and across your back.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Inseam

Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone, or use a pair of leggings that fit you well.

Fit Note: CRZ YOGA activewear is designed for a snug, performance fit. If you prefer a looser feel or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

All measurements are in inches. For best results, measure yourself over lightweight clothing or undergarments. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
