Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.

Hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Inseam

Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone, or use a pair of leggings that fit you well.
